Flattening my orders

I have had at least like three times or more today I have clicked flatten my orders and could not get out of my trades. This last time cost me money all because I just could not get out of the order after hitting flatten. Please help I can not trade this way.

We can tell you right up front that the reason for the issue is that you are using Rithmic. We have many complaints about connectivity issues with Rithmic and non-responsiveness. There simply is nothing we can do in this case. We recommend using our Teton Order Routing service for trading the CME instead of Rithmic, if this is what you are doing.
