We can tell you right up front that the reason for the issue is that you are using Rithmic. We have many complaints about connectivity issues with Rithmic and non-responsiveness.

There simply is nothing we can do in this case. We recommend using our Teton Order Routing service for trading the CME instead of Rithmic, if this is what you are doing. Refer to the following:
