Salutations As I am hoping to become more intimate with Sierra Chart as it is a very good charting system. The best out there as far as I am concerned so I'm longing to learn more in fact entirely. So Iam wondering if right when I change my password if someone else is trying to log into it? is this what this last line means? Or is it picking up my log in where I must of fat fingered my password? Someone keeps on trying to log into my Sierra Chart from another location or device it seems as to the reason of getting this message on my message board. I have just changed my password because of the many times my chart has been messed around such as my main chart before making any changes was changed to background white up candles blue and down candles white with black out line. Please any help would be greatly appreciated! |

That message means that while you had Sierra Chart running, your password was changed. You stated that you changed your password, so if you did this and did not exit and restart Sierra Chart then this would be a reason to get that message. If you are not sure, then start by exiting Sierra Chart and starting it again and use the password you think is correct. If the password does not work, then you can reset your password by starting at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/PasswordReset.php For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
