Hi! Been testing trading two apex accounts lately and the setup was surprisingly easy in sierra. Though even if a save my trading dom setup with "Enable order allocation to trade accounts" it is never active when i start the program or load a different configuration where i have this set when saving. Is this intended behavior or did someone just forget to save that variables state? Windows, 2671 rev 51141. |

my charts are saying disabled on sierra charts and i paid 37.5 for top of book and 46 for service package why isnt my charts working?

What exactly is saying "disabled"? Everything on your account looks good. With regards to the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts", refer to the following setting: Global Trade Settings Windows: Disable Order Allocation To Trade Accounts on Chartbook Opening (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
