This study was put together several months ago and has worked without issue. But the past few days I can't get parts of it to load on screen. Today it is not loading the sector portion. Other days the factor portion wouldn't show either. Picture of what's happening is attached.

I have not been able to figure out the issue. I did the delete and download data several times.

The only error I have ever gotten was this morning:
2024-09-04 09:53:08.520 | NQU24_FUT_CME/MNQU24_FUT_CME[M] 240 Min #1 | + Error reading record for update Intraday chart. Invalid cache index

The first thing to do is to delete the intraday data file for NQU24_FUT_CME. Refer to the following:
Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Deleting a Chart Data File

It will take a few minutes (or longer) to redownload the data, depending on how much data you are loading into the charts for this symbol.

Let us know if you have a problem with the study after you do the above. And let us know exactly the name of the study for which you are having a problem.

I did what you said above this morning and still having the same issue. I also went in and deleted all the sector data files (XLRE, XLK, XLI, etc.)

The study is just NQ top weighted symbols, factor symbols and sector symbols all hidden with the Percent Change Since Previous Close plotted for sectors and factors, Percent Change Since Open for the top weighted stocks

It's the studies for Percent Change Since Close for only the Sector symbols

We see a NaN in the scale to the right. First, try to reset the scale by following these instructions:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Resetting the Scale

If that does not solve it, then most likely one of the studies in that region is trying to do the calculation with the previous close of 0, and you can not divide by zero. You would need find the particular item and then determine why there is a problem with the data for that symbol.

Are you still getting this error:

2024-09-04 09:53:08.520 | NQU24_FUT_CME/MNQU24_FUT_CME[M] 240 Min #1 | + Error reading record for update Intraday chart. Invalid cache index

This indicates a problem with the Intraday data file Or some other corruption.
