Real Time Data for SPY ETF.

Hi, I'm new to Seirra Charts. I just purchase package 11 to use number bars for SPY. However, I'm not getting real time data. I then subscribed to NASDAQ Totalview and am still getting delayed data. How can I resolve this? Please let me know.

Make sure you are entering the symbol with the -NQTV suffix (since you have the NASDAQ TotalView exchange active). So your symbol needs to be SPY-NQTV.

I do have SPY-NQTV selected. Not sure if it matters, but on the chart it shows SPY-NQTV[M].

I get the ticker from going to Chart Settings > the Symbol menu > click "select" on the Symbol (Action) row. Then scroll down to the "NASDAQ TotalView (Delayed/Realtime NASDAQ/NYSE/AMEX stocks)" group, then click on SPY-NQTV. I've tried other tickers from this NASDAQ TotalView list and none of them work.

It used to work then all the sudden it stopped. And I never made any changes with the chart settings why the change.

Any other suggestions I can try?

Thanks for your help trying to get this figured out. I don't even know where to start looking.

Everything on your account looks good. If you are still having a problem then we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
