Hello, I followed the protocol Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation But the Sierra4.config file that I transferred is not working in the new installation, for example, the Control Bar configuration is not implemented. There really should not be any problem with this. There are backups of these configuration files in your prior installation.
