Hi, I have enabled the compact tool window. I see full tool values in some charts and in Some Chart I only see y value. How to get the Compact Tool value window to show detail of the candles not just the Y value. Please see attached files |

There is one more issues lately. This was not happening before but some how its happening now. 1. When I enter in 15 second chart I see my Entry, stop and target but when I go to 1 min chart I only see my entry line not the stop and the target lines even same accounts are selected. If I go to 30 second chart it shows. I have separate charts open for 15,30, 1 min etc open at the same time with same account selected. What to do here ? 2. Also is there any way I can reduce the size of the entry, stop and target lines? 3. My cross hairs not showing the values for X and Y axis ? Please see attached screenshot. 1. Make sure the "Trade >> Only Orders From Chart" option is not set in the 1 minute chart. 2. What do you mean by reduce the size of the lines? Are you referring to the line itself, or the text or something else? 3. 2. What do you mean by reduce the size of the lines? Are you referring to the line itself, or the text or something else? Yes I am referring to the length of the Entry,stop and target lines. Is there any way you can reduce the size of the lines. |

The thickness of the lines for the Position and Order lines can be changed in the Graphics Settings. You need to change the Width for each order type to a thickness you want (minimum of 1). Refer to the following for the start of where these are changed: Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Chart Trading Order Line Buy Limit There is not a way to change the length of the line only, but you can change where the Order and Position lines are located on the screen.
