How to open *.cht from AT Infinity brokerage without internet connection?

Dear Sir or Madam: I have an account with Infinity brokerage and use your Sierra chart for trading and I can't open the ATChartstartup.cht file without internet connection in the airplane. How can I open this *.cht file using your Sierrachart program on my laptop without internet connection (I download the Sierrachart program from your website and then install it on my laptop)? 1. Your Sierra Chart account has been activated for a 1 week trial. You will need to restart Sierra Chart. 2. You will need to setup Sierra Chart to work with Transact: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#SetupInstructions 3. To open the Chartbook, you will need to save it in your Data Files Folders, which can be done following the steps here, starting with step #5: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Chartbooks.html#CopyChartbook Do note to receive real-time data and download backfill data for new symbols you will need to have an internet connection. If you open the chartbook without an internet connection, you will only have the data that was downloaded the last time the chartbook was open with an internet connection. Sierra Chart Support |
