Is there are way we can get extended functionality of CBBOAC study to gain access to the extended line values from the CBBOAC study? Either via an add on study that references the CBBAOC study ID or within the study itself. I know we are limited to 60 subgraphs buts just frustrating there is no easy way to easily reference these values.

The Extension Lines are special items that are not exposed through the interface. This is really the whole point to these lines, as they allow for additional lines to be drawn that are not actually stored in the Subgraphs.

The only way to access the Extension Lines is to use a custom study. It is not possible to have a generic study, as there would need to be a way to specify a line, whereas this would be something you would build into your own study, as you know ahead of time what you are wanting to access.

Hello John,
Reviving this request. Is it perhaps possible to have a version of this that stores the prior values of the CBBOAC (57 given the 3 SGs already in use). In this way, SG4 would always be the prior value, SG5 the one before that, etc.
There is a workaround for this using Spreadsheet columns to persist values, but it slows SC down significantly, if one desires to use the extension lines as potential future entry, exit criteria.
Thank you for your consideration,
Mike

There is not a good way to give access to the Extension Lines within the program. They are special items that are not drawn from bar to bar as subgraphs are. They are a line that goes from one point to another, and as such there can be an enormous number of these.

But, given what you are asking, it seems as though you can access the particular item that the extension line is coming from and then use that value for whatever you want.

This would be easiest to do using the Spreadsheet Study, as it gives you the data for each study, so you can go back and find the particular point you are looking for and then reference to that item.
