There is not a good way to give access to the Extension Lines within the program. They are special items that are not drawn from bar to bar as subgraphs are. They are a line that goes from one point to another, and as such there can be an enormous number of these. But, given what you are asking, it seems as though you can access the particular item that the extension line is coming from and then use that value for whatever you want. This would be easiest to do using the Spreadsheet Study, as it gives you the data for each study, so you can go back and find the particular point you are looking for and then reference to that item.
