I subscribed to the New CBOE Global Indexes for $6 p/m. All seems excellent however when I access the S&P500 Cash Index symbol SPX_CGI data looks perfect however only goes back to 27 May 2024 ie around a month. How can I get historical data going back further than 1 month? Am I making a mistake? I tried $INX and it goes back years but that is not real time. I would like my real time feed to have history please advise much appreciated. Thanks |

This may still be several weeks away. Obtaining and adding historical data is more involved than wwe initially thought.

Thanks @Sierra_Chart Engineering Can I get the feed from another source whilst I wait for you to update the historical data as it is nigh on impossible to use your feed with barely any history available? Thanks |

Since it's been a month since the last update, I'd like to ask please when the data backfill might be available. Likely quite a few of us are using the CBOE data and it's really great, but I desperately need the previous data.

I tried downloading the CBOE SPX USING Sp_CGI SP 500 but did not get anything. Any new download available?

The symbol for the SPX is "SPX_CGI". Make sure you have the symbol set correctly.
