Hello,

I have Sierra Chart installed in 2 different systems, both with the exact same "Global Settings > General Settings", "Global Settings Data/Trade Service Settings", and "Chart Settings". Yet, when I open the same chart with the same configuration the bar values are slightly different and I'm curious why this could happen and how I could remedy it.

I'm attaching 2 screenshots so that you can see the issue. You'll notice that each image has both systems in the same screenshot side-by-side. The images are labeled "System 1" or "System 2", and I show the "Tool Values", specifically pointing to "# of Trades" as these values are the same at the bar for the session start, but then they are different in later bars.

I am using Denali.

Thanks for your help.

You do not have the same bar in scope in your "bar2-example" image. In the chart on the left the bar has a Start Time of "2023-04-03 03:55:55:063007" whereas the chart on the right has a Start Time of "2024-06-10 18:00:00:000000".

Thanks for the quick reply. I apologize for the mistake on the screenshot.
After I sent this message, I deleted all my data from both machines, and now they're the same.
