I have successfully connected Interactive brokers to SC. My only problem is the data is Delayed. Would this only be the case if there is connection issue, or is there anything I can do to make an activation of sorts on SC to have live data. I have the proper package on the IB side to have live data, and i am fully connected so I don't understands this.

What is one symbol for which you are having an issue? You need to enter the symbol as Interactive Brokers wants it. When you enter just the standard symbol (e.g. SPY) then you are going to get the Delayed Streaming Data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange.
