Unable to connect to Rithmic Server for APEX Prop Account

Hi, I am trying to connect to Rithmic server for my Apex account. But I am keep getting the permission denied error. I am using package 10 and I have also setup AMP live funded account with Teton Routing. The live funded account I'm able to connect. But not the Apex account. Thanks |
