The order of the menu items you see in the Available Menu Items list in Global Settings >>Customize Chart Shortcut Menu, is based upon the order of the menu items that you see on the main menu.

Where is what? If you are referring to the main menu, this is the menu you see below the title bar of the main Sierra Chart window.
