Trade management by study does not work

Activated trade management by study but it does not work. It should follow the 20 ema study I have but upon enabling, it does not move the stop I tried the setting with timing (every n seconds) or 'on bar close' it does not work i tried settings 'nearest stop' or 'oco group 1' it does not work see attachment please provide a solution for this. thanks best regards Jeroen |

The Trade Management by Study" study is not "Enabled". That is, the first Input for "Enabled" is set to "No", meaning it is not going to do anything, which is what you are seeing. You need to set this to "Yes" to have it work. You can also setup a Control Bar Button to toggle the "Enabled" Input. This is what the Input for "ACS Control Bar Button # for Enable/Disable" is for. Other items of note: - You have the Update Increment set to 5 seconds, so you have to wait 5 seconds for anything to occur. - You have the "Trailing Offset" set to 14 ticks, so it's possible that this is too large for it to move the Stop. You can set the Input for "Detailed Logging" to "Yes" to get more information in your log on what is occurring. Fyi, by logging found out that auto trading must be enabled (on chart and global) Then it works. Best regards, Jeroen |

Thanks for posting that auto trading must be enabled. I was having this same issue and it saved me a lot of trouble.
