The Trade Management by Study" study is not "Enabled". That is, the first Input for "Enabled" is set to "No", meaning it is not going to do anything, which is what you are seeing. You need to set this to "Yes" to have it work. You can also setup a Control Bar Button to toggle the "Enabled" Input. This is what the Input for "ACS Control Bar Button # for Enable/Disable" is for.
