My delayed data is not updating

Hi, I have tried some of the methods mentioned in the help files but I am still not getting updates. When I open a intraday chart (CLK24-NYMEX, using SC Data-All Services), it will download the up to date data but then not receive any updates. Everything in the current quote window shows zero. I thought maybe it was because I didn't sign the right user agreements but when I checked, it said my "delayed data user agreement" had been accepted. Please advise. Thanks |

It looks like you are on an older version of the software. You need to update to the latest release in order to be able to get the delayed streaming data properly. Thanks, that solved most of the issues. I am now using the Trading Evaluator - Delayed in order to have Sim accounts. The issue is not all of the CME symbols are available. Can you please add EMD to the available tickers? |
