Hi, I have tried some of the methods mentioned in the help files but I am still not getting updates. When I open a intraday chart (CLK24-NYMEX, using SC Data-All Services), it will download the up to date data but then not receive any updates. Everything in the current quote window shows zero. I thought maybe it was because I didn't sign the right user agreements but when I checked, it said my "delayed data user agreement" had been accepted. Please advise. Thanks |
