issue with connection to interactive broker

hi im trying to link my interactive brokers account to my sierra chart..my goal is to trade off sc and have my orders routed through to my ib account.. i filled all the agreements and as of today just activated the cme data subscription..i believe ive followed all the steps on ur webpage to connect to link the account but im still getting an connection error message wen i click on interactive brokers for selected services.. is there something else missing? can you help me please

also im reading up on the cme Funded Trading Account Requirement.. is it mandatory for me to open an account with stage 5 for authorized non professional data even tho im planning to use interactive brokers?

i feel as if ive followed all the steps from that link provided and its still showing error msg ..is it possible to check on your end if im missing anything?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

i tryed downloading tws windows version on to parrallels and because i was using it to run sierra chart on my mac and that seemed to resolved the problem thanks for your help
