Unable to trade QQQ stock

I have been able to buy and sell pretty much any stock using Sierra Chart linked to IB TWS except QQQ. I am new to Sierra but I am using the same steps for all stocks, they all seem to work except QQQ. Is there a special trick for QQQ? Any orders I send are not sent to TWS just for this symbol. Maybe I am overlooking something basic. Appreciate any help. If other symbols are working, then it must be transmitting the order to Interactive Brokers, and then there must be something about either the symbol you are using in the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" or something else about this that IB does not like. After you place the order, open the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see what it states. Any rejections should be in there. You can also post the log to this thread for us to review if you like. This is showing that you are trying to cancel an existing order for QQQ, not that you are trying to enter a new order. You would need to enter a new order and see what it shows.
