quick switch bar period to flex renko using keyboard shortcut, not responding

Hi when I'm on 5min chart, or 1000t chart then trying to switch to flex renko using keyboard, eg 24-12-1fr then press enter but the chart not updating to flex renko chart. could you help? > To switch to Flex Renko bars, type the BoxSize, TrendOffset, and RevOffset separated by dashes, followed by the abbreviation fr (for example: 4-2-2fr) |

We are not seeing any issues with this functionality. We are able to change to a 24-12-1 Flex Renko by typing in the following: 24-12-1fr And then selecting the ENTER key. Please have a chart open and then select the "Escape" key to clear the Input Buffer. Then type in "24-12-1fr" and then select the "Enter" key. Let us know if this works for you or not. If it does not work, then check whether you can even change the Bar Period for this chart through the Chart Settings. It's possible that this chart is being referenced by another and therefore you can not change the bar period. Hi john, It's working now. I think it conflicted with a keyboard shortcut I set before. I reset to default, it's working now I will try to find which I set up before. Thanks |
