Hello, I just sent the log file after completing the installation as errors were reported. Please review the log and confirm if any further action is required? Also, can you fully activate a 15-day trial for my Sierra Chart account please, the standard trial does not allow me to see the charts I am interested in. Based upon what we see you had Sierra Chart running while you did the installation. You need to exit from Sierra Chart before running the update.
