Hello,

I am currently running the trial and having trouble with a 5tick range chart not displaying bars correctly using the delayed data for the ESM24-CME. Some bars are bigger than 5ticks. Some bars are 3 or more points in size instead of 5ticks. It usually happens when there are quick and sudden moves in the market.

I have good internet connection with fiber to the house and cat 5 to my trading computer.

Any suggestions for fixing this?

Is the quality of Live & Real-time Danali data better and more accurate than delayed data with the trial? I was hoping to use Danali after I finish with the trial.

thanks.

Since you are using a Range chart, the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit must be set to 1 Tick.
Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit.
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)
