SC not connecting to IB today

I followed the notice and made sure I activated Denali Real Time Equity Feed. The charts are no longer loading and no trades are going through from SC. Also any positions I have in IB are not being reflected in SC. On Friday everything was working. Pls help!

Regarding the market data for stocks, follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

Thank you. The data is now real-time but I can't see my equity positions or make trades from SC. Auto-trading also not working.

You need to set the Trade and Current Quote Symbol to the Interactive Brokers symbol format:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

Thank you I've managed to make the changes above and it seems to be working for most stocks. However for stock META, i've tried all possible combinations but I still can't trade from the chart. Is there a special code for this stock?

Is the problem that the order is getting rejected when you submit an order? Or you do not see the position on the chart when there actually is a position?

I can't see the position on the chart when there is a position. And if I try selling from the chart, it says position doesn't exist.
