Still not connecting to IB

To trade my account there. Using Sierra Chart data feed. Been trying for days now.....
Support said they tried to call me, my phones are internet based because I am living in Mexico currently. Is there a number I can contact them at?
Please keep trying (Number removed). newest log is attached below.

In the call you mentioned something about downloading a file for symbols.

There is nothing like this. We do not know what you are referring to. You can find all the symbols in File >> Find Symbol.

Do you not see the IB symbols listed in that window?
