I have subscribed Denail US futures and checked my services is activated but I found I received delayed quote (Comex) instead of real time quote recently. Note I have updated to the most current SC version. Pls help to fix it.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". The following item from your log is the problem: 2024-03-07 20:41:31.645 \| Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled. Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" and on the "Common Settings" page set the option for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes". Then select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect". After this, you will be getting the real-time data.
