Hi, I'm not able to receive live data. The color of the connection status bar is green and I've tried to reconnect.

Seems my data feed had expired. Can you explain why it expired? I changed my package from 5 to 11 recently. The live feed is coming through now but I'm not sure why the data feed expired.

When you were on Package 5, you did not have access to the real-time data, but you should have been getting the Delayed Streaming Data. When you changed to package 11, you should have continued to get the Delayed Streaming Data, as you had not setup any exchanges to get real-time data.

We see you have now activated one of the exchanges, so you should be getting the real-time data for that exchange.
