Why does my footprint chartbook look like this?

I am new to futures trading and i i bought a footprint chartbook from a guy online.
When i load it up in my sierrachartbook i cant see nothing,

Maybe its because the market is closed?

i also use delayed data because i bought service package 11.

I have a pic.

You are looking at very zoomed-in prices.

Right-Click on the Vertical Scale and select Interactive Scale Range. Then you can drag the scale up and down to change the size of the bars.
