Hello. Thanks in advance for your help. I would like to find the average daily volume for the sp500. When I look under Windows > Chart Value Window, I can see the volume for the day, unfortunately this isn't the average volume, its the total volume for the day. I was wondering if there is a way to see the average volume for the day. I have tried searching for this but I haven't had any success. I look forward to hearing back from you. Best wishes Chris |

You can just add the volume study to your chart and then a moving average study based on the volume study.

You would need to start with a Daily chart and then add the Volume study. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Days-Minutes-Seconds-Milliseconds Per Bar (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Intraday Chart Bar Period Settings >> Bar Period Type) Volume For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
