This problem happen couple days ago, tks! FCM: AMP Data feed: CQG Platform: SC Symbol : F.US.ZMEZ14 (Soybean Meal), F.US.ZLEZ14 (Soybean Oil), F.US.QFAU14 (FTSE 100) Description: The chart show duplicate data time then result in wrong chart loading. We have looked over the symbol settings for soybean meal and soybean oil and have changed the contract months for continuous contracts. Thanks for help, soybean meal and soybean oil is okay now! The problem of F.US.QFAU14 chart is the wrong data time, as you can see in the 1 sec time frame, data time 09:17:34 happen before 09:16:34, Each time to get the correct chart ,I need to Delete all data & download again and again, because next new bar usually start at the wrong time. |

This is due to incorrect timestamp data from CQG. The solution is to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock to True.
