Unable to download data for charts

I am unable to download data into my today. All I am getting is one bar. I have tried restarting the system, restarting computer and different symbols. I have subscribed to the Sierra Charts real time data I have tried with and without Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds selected.
