problem loading forex charts IB

Hello Support, I have a problem loading Forex Charts from IB. Whenever I click on EDIT, DELETE ALL DATA AND DOWNLOAD its just keeps saying download failed or symbol not recognized. I understand Sierra Charts has a forex data feed from FXCM, but I don't want to use an unreliable data feed from FXCM. No offence, but the feed pretty crap IMO. Please see attached the log. Make this ALL uppercase for all of the charts of this symbol: eur.usd-CASH-IDEALPRO You can change the symbol through Chart >> Chart Settings. Choose the symbol with the Find button and do not hand type it. After this reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu. I've tried the settings above and still no luck. I changed the symbol to uppercase but it just changes it back to lower case. I've also used the Find button and still no luck. |

Follow this procedure to completely delete that symbol and all charts for that symbol: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ChartDataFiles.html#DeletingCharts Once this is done, start a new chart and open it with File >> Find Symbol and do not hand type the symbol. the problem has come back. What about if I use the IB Gateway?
