Hello Support, I have a problem loading Forex Charts from IB. Whenever I click on EDIT, DELETE ALL DATA AND DOWNLOAD its just keeps saying download failed or symbol not recognized. I understand Sierra Charts has a forex data feed from FXCM, but I don't want to use an unreliable data feed from FXCM. No offence, but the feed pretty crap IMO. Please see attached the log.
