I have connected my AMP account through Teton order routing yet i dont have live data

Hi There,

Yesterday I received my confirmation that my personal Brokerage account was connected to my Teton account yet when I log into sierra using the Teton Order Routing Data Services I dont have live data

Could you let me know if there is anything else I need to do.

Quick Update - I now have live data through "SC Data" but not through Teton, this is okay for me.

What you are stating should not be occurring. Your account looks good and you should be getting real-time data for the Full CME Group, as that is the exchange you have active.

It does not matter what service you are connecting to.

The most likely situation is that you are not changing the symbols when you switch between the services. Keep in mind that each service has its own way of specifying the symbols, therefore you need to update the symbols whenever you change services. When you change services and select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window, you are presented with a message that asks if you want to change your symbols. In general, you should say "Yes" to this question. If you do not, or if you open a separate chartbook later that does not have the correct symbols, then you can update them by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".

Hi, I am now trying to connect my Live account to trade off of and so i need to be using Teton, unfortunately the same issue is happening with the Data, i have clicked translate to service on all instances yet im not receiving live data in either, it is not delayed either but instead seems to be frozen.

It seems like the issue lies in the Sub Instances, my main instance seems to be getting live data, but on the other hand my sub instances are not getting any data and instead are frozen, when i click translate all symbols to current service nothing happens, any clue what might be going on and what setting i need to fix ?

In the sub instance:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
