How to upload custom data?

I would like to set up a custom chart - very simple chart with a moving average below the chart, but I would like to run the MAs on custom data that I could upload or somehow enter daily. Can I link to an existing Excel spreadsheet that holds the data, or is there a way that I can upload it daily? Thanks. |
