How to enable CQG data feed?

Dear Sierra Chart,
I have emailed Crossland to enable CQG data for Sierra Chart and they responded that it is enabled. However, I don't know how to receive it. In DTS there is a seperate field for username and password for the market data as shown in the screenshot. I have tried using my username and password for my trade connection but get a

"CQG Trading | Market data logon unsuccessful. Server message: Logon failed: Trader is not enabled to use SierraChart client application. Please contact your FCM. | 2014-07-28 18:08:46"

I am not sure what to do at this point.

Crossland has not set up your CQG account properly. Refer them to step 15 here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

You do need to enter your CQG username and password in the Market Data Connection Details section.
