Hi guys, Im being told I have concurrent sessions running and I don't, any ideas why thats happening? Thanks |

You have multiple computers on which you have Sierra Chart running and connected to the data feed. Our servers show that you recently had the following two computers running (these are the computer names): - Office-PC - Internet-Office-Stephen We can disconnect one of these for you, but it can take up to 24 hours for the disconnect to actually process through the system. Let us know if you need us to do this (if you can get to the other computer yourself, that would be fastest).
