In the CLF24-NYMEX schedule, the start of the day is at 9:30am and it should be at 8:00am, thank you very much

You can change this for your charts by adjusting the Session Times. Refer to the following: Chart Session Times And you can update your Symbol Settings as well to make sure that any new chart has these Session Times set.
