Tick by tick data for FBTS has been added for November 29. Re-download the data. Historical market depth data will not be available for November 29. While theoretically that is possible to do, the effort involved in that, is a major technical/operational effort which could not be done anytime soon. We have not updated this thread in a while, but we want to say that in the background we are working towards changes to prevent this issue from happening again. There are a lot of background details and circumstances related to it. Policies from service providers and the EUREX, make this a very difficult effort though. We do not know the timing, but we hope the changes will come this year. Being this is a very rare problem though, this time frame, is reasonable. And we still do not have any official explanation of what went wrong other than a fiber cable became damaged or failed. But a fiber cable obviously cannot fail. So obviously there must have been some damage which occurred overnight in Equinix FR2. And no one has acknowledged or admitted to that.
