You do not need to renew the usage time on your Sierra Chart account. Your account is fine.

6JZ3.CME is the one, and then my data keeps saying complete downloading data then downloads again. and its not letting me navigate on the chart when I am on that paticular symbol I have mention. Then I was told topstep is not a regulated broker but i have been using them for the las month.

Keep in mind that you are using Rithmic data, so there is not much we can do to help. Refer to our policy on Rithmic data at the following link:

With regards to TopStep not being a regulated broker, that is in reference to getting the CME Data at the non-professional rates. TopStep is a Prop Firm, so you are not trading your own funds. As such, the CME Group does not accept that as a "live, funded, futures trading account". This is only going to be an issue if you want to get the data from us (which we do recommend).
