Hi,, when i created my account,, i was asked for clearing information in a futures related account.. i assumed it was for a clearing house which i gave the company ironbeam and my account # as requested.. i am fumbling wondering why i can't get this acct. to go live so, from the reading it seems sierra wants a broker account which they have a limited selection,, but i notice one is interactive brokers... i do have an account with interactive broker and GFF broker and if that is what and is acceptable to make this account live.. i would greatly appreciate on being guided on where to put this information.. i was not notified in anyway that the ironbeam information was unacceptable so i'm completely in the dark about the solution but this is what i have come up with.. thank you for your time

i mainly need the e-mini s&p 500 and micro,, wti oil would be nice and the EUR/USD. I'm trying to trade with a company named apteros, they have directed me to open an account with sierra to trade and evaluation with... i have signed up for the package 3 and payed for it and the denali exchange data feed as directed by apteros,, the denali exchange data feed sais it's active but i'm not sure if funds were withdrawn or not,, it doesn't say so in the transactions but the other is confirmed. yes i assume i'm trading with Sierra

Hi Chris, when it comes to Real-time CME Group Futures Data like for ES, Cl and 6E, we have to ask: do you have a Futures Trading Account?

The CME Group expects you to have a Futures Trading Account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional
[*Note: we know of only the CME Group having this rule, not EUREX, not CFE, not NASDAQ, not NYSE, just the CME Group*]

From the CME Group Certification:
"The Non-Professional Subscriber must:
a. have an active and funded futures trading account;
b. be an individual, natural person or small business entity"

Hi,, yes as previously mentioned i have a futures brokerage account with GFF brokers which is funded through the clearing house IRONBEAM, which is the company i originally gave my account information to SIERRA when i created the account. my experience is money goes to the clearing house first, brokerage communication second, platform third... usually you need a license key from the brokerage to activate the software... i don't know how this outfit works with evaluations with proprietary desks but i do have the information you need if you tell me how to input that in your system... you obviously need a license key of some sort. i will contact my broker in the mean time and ask them if they deal with you or not

Hi Chris, you need to connect Sierra Chart to your GFF / Ironbeam Trading Account in order to verify your Non-Professional status, for that GFF / Ironbeam can put you on the Teton Order Routing Service without Sierra Chart's intervention; when GFF / Ironbeam has added you to the Teton Order Routing Service, your set-up instructions begin with step #5 here:
