over the past 2 days I have had intermittent problems with data for ESU4 being received/updating on my charts. It updates when I first launch Sierra and the chart and sometimes ticks for a bit, but then it stops/freezes. I use Transact for data feed. When I log on to Transact directly I get data just fine. It seems to be a problem with Sierra. I have already been through many steps such as making sure my symbol is correct, that the data updating isn't blocked in chart settings, uploaded the most current version of sierra 1157, etc. Please advise.

This is not a Sierra Chart problem. This is an issue with the TransAct data feed. Some TransAct users experience this.

Contact your broker and have them change the connection type for the data feed to TCP.
