Hello,
I am currently testing the free trial version.
I can see the chart for XAUUSD and few others from CFD, now I would like to test Market Depth/heatmpap displayed on the chart (like in Bookmap).
Is there a way to test this with the free trial? Even in replay mode (not necessary XAUUSD but any instrument).
BR,
Gilles

For testing use one of the futures symbols:
Sierra Chart Trial Account: Introduction

Do not use any CFD symbols. The Market Depth Historical Graph is not going to work with those symbols.

Use:
MESZ23-CME

Thanks for your answer, I managed to get ESZ23-CME with the order book and DOM (see screenshot enclosed).
however I didn' manage to display the display the heatmap/market depth on the chart.
I have followed those steps without success:
Market Depth Historical Graph: Step by Step Instructions
I cannot believe this tool is so complex to use, when you open Bookmap, you direcly have the heatmap, no need to do anything...

Please make sure you wait at least 10 minutes after you add the Market Depth Historical Graph to see if the data starts showing up after that time. This is due to the use of the Delayed Streaming Data, and it's possible that your displayed data has to wait for the delay to "catch up".

Eventually - you should see the Market Depth Historical Graph displaying on the most recent bars and continuing to add as new bars are added, as long as you have the "Market Depth Historical Graph" set to display for the chart.

If you are still having an issue with this, then please get us a screenshot of just the chart showing the most recent chart bars so we can see if the Market Depth Historical Graph is actually displaying or not.

Thanks, I did what is mentionned here:
Market Depth Historical Graph: Market Depth Historical Graph Not Displaying
But it looks like my Market Depth Data is displayed under the graph not on the graph itself: see screenshot enclosed.

What you have displayed in that image is the study called "Depth of Market Data". That does not give you the "Heatmap", it just gives the raw data. Refer to the following:
Depth of Market Data

You need to use the "Market Depth Historical Graph" as you referenced previously. The instructions are here:

Hello,
Apologizes, indeed it was not the correct study, now I have added the "Market Depth Historical Graph".
I seems to work, however as you can see on the screenshot enclosed, it seems I only have 15 levels of depth,is it normal? As you can see I have set the maximum depth level in the settings. (to be noted I changed my background color from black to grey to see better the heatmap).

Gilles

Check the Input on the "Market Depth Historical Graph" for "Maximum Levels to Display". Refer to the following:
Market Depth Historical Graph: Maximum Levels to Display (0 for All)

Thanks, some improvements, it looks like I can display the full depth now.
Some levels with significant amount of order (e.g: at 4545 with 263 contracts), the color contrast doesn't really highlight it (see screenshot enclosed).
Anyway I will try to change the contrast settings for the heatmap

On bookmap with the same asset in real time today (screenshot enclosed), the liquidity at the same level of 4545 is more highlighted:
