I signed up for the trial, I have also signed up for Denali. I have a friends chart book which I am trying to open but all the windows are blank, nothing loads. All his material is for /ES

By /es i meant it is all future market charting which should work with the free trial. I tried closing and reopening and the same thing happened everything is blank. When he opens the same chartbook on his computer it works. In mine all the windows open but they are all black. I have pasted below what the message log says. You also need to change the symbols in the Chartbook you have from your friend. After you open the Chartbook select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service", this will update all of the symbols to what you need for the service you are connected to (SC Data - All Services).
