Which package to get if I want to sim trade with delayed data?

Hi, Can I get some advice on which packages are required to sim trade on delayed data using market depth on CME? I followed from this page Simulated Futures Trading Service: Setup Instructions and tried to turn ontrading evaluator but it looks like it needs to be enabled. Thank you!
