Hi, I have enabled the Nasdaq global index data to but receiving this error. please advise.

My Sierra chart version: 2492 64 bit, Using in Windows 11.

Error message: Logon Error: Data files folder not set for service code:nasdaq_global_indexes.data

But i already set the data files folder as required.

Please update to the latest version and see if this resolves the issue.

If not, then please exit from Sierra Chart and restart using the "Forced Login" option. Refer to the information at the following link:
