I have an Apex Eval Account and I have the Service Package 11, Is this enough to connect Apex with Sierra Charts?

Yes, this is all you need. Just keep in mind that it means that you will be getting the data from Rithmic. The data from Rithmic has a lack of historical data, and we recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, but it is not a requirement. Hi John, I am unable to connect to Apex. I haven't had an issue connecting before. In the Data/Trade Service settings I have entered the following... Current Selected Service - Rithmic Direct - DTC (trading) Server - Apex-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated Trading Username - (Entered Correct as provided) Trading Password - (Entered Correct as provided) Am receiving Connection error message - Logon error received from server: Permission denied? Hello, I recently started an Apex eval and linked my Rithmic account successfully. However, when conditions are met for the TSBA, trades are not being triggered. I made sure that SC wasn't in simulation mode as well. Please advise as to what the correct settings are in order for the Trading System Based on Alert conditions to work. Thanks. The one thing we want to point out with regards to the "Trading System Based on Alert Condition" is the Input for "Send Orders to Trade Service". If "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" is enabled, then this needs to be set to "No", otherwise this needs to be set to "Yes". We wonder if you do not have this set correctly for what you are wanting to do. Refer to the information for that option in the following: Trading System Based on Alert Condition: Inputs Issues like this would be logged in either the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" or the "Message Log". Be sure to check those to see if there is anything being stated as to what the issue may be. Otherwise, everything else depends on how you have setup that study, so you would need to ensure that everything is working as you expect it to.
