The one thing we want to point out with regards to the "Trading System Based on Alert Condition" is the Input for "Send Orders to Trade Service". If "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" is enabled, then this needs to be set to "No", otherwise this needs to be set to "Yes". We wonder if you do not have this set correctly for what you are wanting to do. Refer to the information for that option in the following:

Issues like this would be logged in either the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" or the "Message Log". Be sure to check those to see if there is anything being stated as to what the issue may be.
